PLEASE REMEMBER THE FOLLOWING POLICIES!!

1) Patios, balconies, stairwells etc may not be used for storage or trash. You may have patio furniture, plants and decorations on you private patio or balcony.

2) We are a pet friendly community - however you must sign the proper pet agreement. Remember you are responsible for you pet and his or her waste. Please clean up after your pet. There is a $50 clean-up fee per incident. It is also the law and you can be fined.

3) If the dumpsters are full we do ask that you secure the bag and place it along the fence behind the dumpster not on top.
